Various selections from one of Florida's finest.
Finally got a chance to see the Boss skate in person over the summer and it did not disappoint... even in a contest setting. He literally hopped on his board, rolled around for a minute and then popped the most perfect kickflip I've ever seen straight over my head, first try. Any doubts were eliminated right there.
I remember the audience reacting like they'd just been smacked in the face.
Regardless, I've been hearing from a lot of readers out there that like to guess each post's skater without scrolling down, just by using the title and the first picture... well, give yourself extra points if you got today's right.
Have a good weekend. Thanks everybody.

when I saw ICE WATER i immediately thought about Raekwon from the Wu....so i thought about a skater like Kalis or something, but then, surprise THE BOSS!
its funny, because today i was hopping for THE BOSS in here, and than BAM!!!! THE BOSS!
congrats man!
Basically of the greatest street skaters ever and still going big as anyone except for that Jaws kid at 30+ I don't even think it can be argued.
btw, why is the 2003 photo from his timeguide a photo of Jim Greco instead a a photo of him?
I still wait for you to post his SOTY-interview.
The most influential skater of the last decade. Plus, I think he might be one of the toughest guys to ever step on a board. The battle for that Wallenburg backside flip is "madness".
Im addicted to the C.B.I. period.
I too would love to read his SOTY interview...
Here's a photo of Reynolds taking an ice water baths after a hucking session. Super gnarly. Ice baths are part of the Four Hour Body regimen. Check that book out. Pretty interesting.
Hand photo is brutal. That just looks way too painful.
That fs nose grind on the blue rail photo looks really colour coordinated.
You'd think he would stop hucking down huge gaps and stairs at his age. He has nothing to prove to anyone. Legen....
wait for it....
.... dary.
I somehow expected TNT when I saw the first pic. Great post as always.
How did he avoid death in 2002?
