chrome ball incident #449: 52nd and broadway

The title of this one refers to the address that Lance came up and asked me for directions to when I was in NY last fall. Totally dumbfounded by the surreal situation I suddenly found myself in, I did my best to keep cool... and immediately sent one of the most beloved skateboarders of all-time (and a personal hero of mine since the 5th grade) in the complete wrong direction.

Sorry Lance.

Lance (and Stevie Cab) are the same age as me, although I think I am older than Stevie, younger than Lance---so naturally I ALWAYS followed everything these guys did, and was never let down in terms of progression, dedication, fun and most importantly--LOVE of being on the four-wheeled stunt wood.

Nothing but respect for Lance, even IF he was born with the same first name as I was, and chose not to use it--lol.

Note to self: Don't ask Chops for directions.

No, I'm just kidding. The first skateboard I bought (and when I say "I bought", I mean my Mom bought it for me) was a Lance Mountain / Future Primitive graphic board... after my friend wanted his Neil Blender back. Somehow in elementary school, I lucked into having good taste.

Born in the same year, different months, you half-tard.

That's why I guess you are anonymous, probably too unintelligent to remember your own name.
