chrome ball incident #329: modern man's hustle

from leaving the scene after blue's demise in search of tax-free loot to making a comeback and giving way to a striking percentage of today's big name pros, kareem campbell's massive pop and unmistakeable style inspired heads to check their beepers mid-line for the better part of the 90's.

and that ghetto bird sequence is ridiculous.

ridiculous is he exact word I thought when I looked at that sequence. The 4th and 5th frames are unbelievable, you can tell by the kids' faces if nothing else.

I wonder what happened to that fakie flip stair set, seems like you used to see it all the time, maybe I'm just not paying attention.

Oh, and a turn towards the eighties would not be contested by me.

One of the best to ever step on a board. Gave us all alot on and off the skateboard. And the b/s flip at the world park at the end of NWO will go down as one of the craziest things to ever go down

yeah Kareem! He randomly showed up in Ottawa one year. I think he was on a World tour in NE usa and there was this demo thing up here and he just popped by to skate. style, mad pop. Dude's got a certain energy about him.

Props on bringing up the mid-line pager check. It would be unimaginable for something as rad to happen nowadays.

I breezed through the Berrics last summer and Kareem was there with a board, though he sort of broke my heart by not skating the entire two hours he was there.
