In that first pic of the heelflip over the block... those shoes are what? You can see an H in the inside of the left foot. Pro model that I've never seen before?

I like that Henry posts on the Slap boards.

Keith, they are Henry's nadia pro model. I remember my local shop only had nadia and osiris at the time and eveyone was rocking Henry's shoe. They really were great for skating. Ronnie Creager had a shoe too, but it wasn't as good.

crap. Nadia??? How long did it last? I think I was too busy golfing rather than skating in that timer period.

Henry's the OG ruler! His story is so unique to skateboarding's history...he did seem blacklisted from the magazines in the nineties and I never saw much of him at all after the Blind days. You know any good stories. I mean that dude is RAW. I hope he gets a board on Turf. That'd be sick.

I saw Henry at a demo that Psycho Skates in Morristown NJ (long gone)..the lineup was Guy, Henry, Ronnie Bertino, Maurice Key, Natas, Dill, Alomar and Pupecki.

Needless to say the shit was sick. Everybody killed it but Henry didnt skate too much, just complained about the course and how the Playground in Conn. was the shit.

I do remember he had on one of those fitteds that INFLATED that they used to sell back in the day.
It was a fitted hat that seriously had a pump on it (like Reebok pumps) that made the hat fit tighter on your head. Pretty dumb gimmick but those hats were pretty popular.
