chrome ball incident #836: mount weather

"A lot of the spots I skate are out-of-the way nooks and crannies."

Skate spot spelunker with style supreme and the opinions to match, Sir Robert Puleo

Really wanted to follow up Tuesday's Ricky post with some Bobby flicks. Ran across this Enjoi-era interview the other day as I was piecing this post together and while it does fall just a hair outside of my usual range, I couldn't resist. Super good skating, really great questions and it even has a pic from the 'burgh (actually it's not) to top it all off... so I'm rolling with it. Fuck it.

And I still back this dude.

You can argue 'bout him all ya want, but he's got taste and he's got poise and he's got his own fierce brand of loyalty and integrity that counts for somethin these days.

Puleo roll!

It's pretty interesting to hear him talk about a private skate park and how fun it is and how he can "feel his skating get so much better".

So sick. Oyola and Puleo in the same week. And as I started skating in 01', the newer stuff is definitely alright with me.

Actually it's at a hospital in a shitty part of Brooklyn, NYC. Can't remember if the hospital was closed or open for business tho. Definitley has a Burgh feel to the photo tho.

No big deal. I like that there is a bit of trivia for a photo I shot.
