chrome ball incident #550: rolling rocker

more than a few requests for this guy. and i hate it when i feel this thing is getting too serious...

classic new dealer and florida kingpin, john montesi.

a solid ripper back in the day, glad to see these photos have held up so well... and stoked to see his guest board out on skatemafia. very nice.

neither useless wooden toys or 1281 online? bummer.

regardless, I'm always a sucker for zero sophisto and any coverage of that SF rollercoaster rail.

big up to black box and mr lance dawes.

Last night I watched "The unbearable lightness of being" and that guys pet pig is called Mephisto. I thought that was a really cool name and I said to myself that if I had a pet pig that is what I would like to call it. Then I thought; "Oh no, wasn't that old clothing company called Mephisto. Damn what if people think I named my pig after that?". So I remembered wrong, it is called Sophisto. Strange that I would think about that obscure company one night and then the next day see an ad for it. Cool. Also once I was in S.F on holiday and I saw that guy who has short hair and just turned pro for Mystery and rides for DC (I think) switch triz the roller coaster rail. It was really clean with security on the way. Alex Caralino was there too. It was my first day in S.F (I am from Sydney) and I was a little overwhelmed. I also saw the Cardiel gold rail first thing when I got off the Bus. Damn, all hail. Sorry, I'm procrastinating from study right now.

Tully.

that rail in the 2nd shot is still there at rincon center in SF. not skate-able these days though.

tully, I love that movie. and your first comment where you called AVE a "highly sexual greaser" is still my all-time favorite.

Lucas, you're nuts.

Thanks guys.

that first ad is too funny. imagine if that happened today. "you have an ad coming up. we need 5 photos. oh yeah, and each one will only be an inch square."
