I seem to remember finding a documentary about Natas on YouTube. I wonder if it's still there.
yeah k, its that on video piece they did on him... super good. should stil be up there.i miss on video.
came up to me and started talking to me once. super nice guy. too bad my stupid teenage self did not know who i was talking too till my friend told me after. i was never the type to fan out and tried to just keep my mouth shut and let my skating do the talking but still........natas.....one day i will be able to travel back in time and repeatedly beat the shit out of my younger self.
I've been watching all of my on video's for the last few weeks... it seems like if something like that came out now, it would be huge. I think they were ahead of their time. The Natas episode was one of their best.
I was just re-watching the video days segment a couple days ago. Then I had a dream I met and hung out with Gonz.
Wasn't the hugest Natas fan back then, I never got the idea he enjoyed himself skating like Gonz or Tommy G. did. The fact that he doesn't do much (if any) skating any more seems to confirm my thoughts. No denying the man's talents, mind you, was just never going to run out and buy a Panther SMA Model, that's all...
that's not the master of disaster, that's my friend natas...he's definitely a top 3 guy for me in my all time favs.thanks.
Duane Peters is the "Master of disaster". With a name like Natas Kaupas you don't need a nickname anyway.
sweet. Natas started skating pushing mongo as well.
