Super consistent and known to read books in between his contest runs, dude seemed to be everywhere in the early 90's...

Willy Monoloto Santos. I've always liked Willy. I love that picture of the kf over the rail, and there's like a couple of crumpled 1 dollars billz and sum change layin on the stairz. So good.
Tight post, Chops! I don't think Willy really got enough credit for how raw he actually was. If that makes sense. Having skated with him a few times back in the day, I always thought he was on some Koston type ish. Maybe it was his sponsors or something? I remember there was some talk about him possibly getting on World. I don't think that was his steez so much. It would've been crazy to see how much more shine he might have gotten though. I always thought that bs late bigspin was such a sick sequence. I'm glad he's still putting in work and hopefully he has it in him to put out one last banger part.
He was still in Thrasher after that. I think they would have agreed with Tracker's own assessment. And that money on the ground was gas money owed to Willy by the photographer. True story.

One of my early faves from when I first stated skating.

Love the 180 nosegrind shove it sequence
Straight up, dude probably banked that Birdhouse money and is livin' fat.
Basic Dude... shirp!
always loved that G&S nose bonk ad!
Did he get the official thrasher ban hammer for that tracker ad?
Really Good Stuff. Feasters was amazing. You got these lifesaver candies with the video. Ha.
amazing. didnt want this post to end. such a ripper in the 90s. pretty much best street skater till koston came out.

Super consistent, high integrity skateboarder. Mira Mesa/San Diego legend!
Some serious longevity for this guy! G&S footage! So much good footage from Webb park. What ever happened to that place?
When Birdhouse first assembled their team, it made a lot of sense for him to go there and get some real coverage. G&S was fading out pretty rapidly.
He wore a knee brace way back in day... are they just totally f^cked now???
