#835: sitting on the dock of the bay

I think we'd all agree that after the career this dude has had, he doesn't have to do a goddamn thing...

but it's always nice whenever we can see him do his thing.

one of the all-time greats, Rickoo.

at least we still have these.

be back Thursday.

  2. Knew who it was staight from the title - always a nice touch, Chromie.
Everyone can agree here, that a couple moves from Rickoo would have made Pretty Sweet a lot sweeter.
Not that I'm bitter over the fact that we cannae see him 36 flip outta bumps anymore, but...
    Much love tae Rickoo !

  5. cool. 180 ollie over the pyramid is at that terrible Burnaby park!

Great legacy for this guy. Sick style, amazing skater, spearheading the exodus from Rocco companies. I'm still not sure what the wheel invoice story is. I can't even remember where I originally heard that.

I like the clawed left hand in the sf contest one footed ollie to grind photo.

  7. Rick Howard broke my heart. BROKE IT. He didnt owe us anything but why? WHY RICK OH WHY?! Why make me wait only to leave me in the cold. With not even a single trick. Leaving me searching for an "Easter Egg" that isnt there. You should have told me Rickk sooner. You should have told US sooner.

  9. Pretty Sweet was great... I would pay more for a cruising video of all the older guys just goofing around

  10. One of the best styles ever. That picture with the pink shirt has always been one of my favorites. I specifically remember that picture coming out and it single handedly made me go find a bank/incline to skate.

  11. Cobl-a lot of guys have hung up the board when they were much younger that Rick, man.
How many years has he been pro for?!
Maybe he doesn't want to bee seen as milking it,he owns the biggest company around,I guess he's swapped being on a board for being chairman of one.

  13. He had a full part in the Lakai video though...that was five years ago, but he could still easily get like 3 totally worthy (for his own peace of mind, we'd all like to see anything) tricks or something. Some of his tricks in Fully Flared like the fakie manual into the steep bank in AUS were some of my favorite tricks in the video. Rickk if you're out there PLEASE put something out.

  14. He has a great resume. Always love watching his Adventures in Cheese, Questionable, and Goldfish parts. Also, strangest nollie flip I've ever seen!

  15. Rick went out with a banger part in FF. He doesn't need to have some elaborate "retirement" he's Rickk. His name is still on boards because the people demand it. Daniel Castillo, on the other hand...
