I don't think I can see him on anti-hero again among the innocence of a russo or a remillard, but hopefully he is staying out of trouble. They need a Deluxe classics team or series or something.
The physical embodiment of when skateboarding was absolutely 100% dangerous. It's funny how the Pissdrunx/Jim Greco/Warner Ave crew caught on, considering the fact that their antics were lightweight compared to the AntiHero/Norcal/Portland cats.

I admit that I used to think this guy was cool years ago...that is until I realized this guy is nothing but a drugged out has-been who thinks fighting people is "punk rock".....ugh. I guess he did fit on Anti-Hero though and was a good skater....over 10 years ago. Nowadays, he can participate in Thrasher interviews bad mouthing actual pros and giving skate lessons in Modesto, California (please stay there). I'm just a "hater" though. I don't see the positive aspects of being a misogynistic, heroin-addled thug. I'm such a fruitcake.
not that i endorse roy's antics but i threw this one up cause I knew it would get a reaction (he always does). i like contrasting him with the Piss Drunx as mentioned in that last interview as well as comparing the reaction roy would get with the comments a stand-up dude like Pluhowski (though hardly a saint) got the day before.
plus, dude did rip.
but you're right, dude seemed to be one of the more fucked-up cases around... which makes him all the more fascinating.
