That first picture is so good. graphic-free board with just the menace tag... bs flip with a perfect shot of an Adidas sole... sick style. Looks like a Morris photo to me.
I had totally forgotten that Valdez rode for Real.
I remember reading that he was doing graphic design...If I remember correctly, It was something to do with "x large" in LA. Of course that was a while ago.
