Skates in slow motion. To be mythologized. Yet to see him skate in person.

Was lucky enough to see him years ago on a Nike SB tour and got even more hyped on him. Props on another great post. On a side note I appreciate the late night postings.

Haha! As soon as I saw the hat and the trick, I didn't have to scroll down any further to know who was up. BA is the only with the balls to carry that kind of steez. @platinumseagulls if you ever get a chance to see him skate in person, do it. introduce yourself and have a chat. you will not be disappointed.

totally fanned out on him in brooklyn late one night outside the royal oak. he was making out a with a woman, and was gracious about being interrupted. it was pretty much a straight chris farley moment where i told him he was awesome and that we shared the same last name.

thought it was really cool when girl put him on. kind of broke the mold for them.

BA. Slow Motion is spot on. Saw him do a tre on flat in person on what looked like an 8.5. Fkn mind boggling.

thanks so much for this post, holmes. BA is one of those "your favorite skaters favorite skater" types that just looks perfect on a skateboard.

Great post, the kickflip over the hip and hurricane on the barrier are gold.

nice. It seems like BA gets chromeballed 2 or 3 times a year! Lots of coverage in the past.

front blunt shove at the Surrey park is pretty gnarly!

fs hurricane pic with the crazy tracers is cool.

One of my personal favorites. King of style for me. I am also a tall guy and people say that my skating look like his(of course i am way suckier) and i am proud of it.

Best smiths, best hurricanes, best blunts, best 360 flips, etc...
That bluntslide in Yeah Right! on the rollercoaster curb is mythical. I remember being just blown away by his first Toy Machine part back in the day with bigflips and his 360 flips. He is definitely someone I want to see in person.
Good post, Chops.
