man, there's this great little photo in the january '90 thrasher of grosso + lucero freewheeling it buttboard style on the same plank. whatever the nature of the break-up, thanks for the mammaries.

His big anti-hero board looks good. Still waiting for the Frankly Speaking.

on that note... i can't believe there's no late eighties era chet thomas up in here yet either!!! sick post though... i appreciate all the hard work. grosso STILL rips!

Great post. It'd be cool if that 540 sequential was clickable/enlargeable (at least I think it's a 540)...

So glad to see Grosso make it through all the bad stuff and is still on board, ripping and viable. I know ass clowns like Clyde Singleton like to diss the old guys for getting back into the pool or bowl and pad up and rip, but the only tranny Clyde may have ever dropped in on wasn't while on his board....

And yeah Chops, I hear ya--kinda weird with Lucero and Grosso no longer together, but hopefully the Anti-Hero deal will be a good one for him, the Legends all deserve whatever they can get, and Mothra is a Legend without queston.

thanks guys.

i second that Frankly episode, smorales.

croupier, cbi is still a work in progress. if everyone i intend to do a post for already had one, there would be no more need to update it.

anon2, i have to ask... why does it have to be "late eighties era chet" and not just "chet"? just wondering.

pinkwater, blogspot fucked up the upload. should be fixed now. sorry about that.

thanks sammy.

I meant... The man, the myth the legend.

re: chet... i dunno guess that's when i thought of him as being rad/relavent, like in a young kid ripper kinda way. fuck, that shared part in public domain where they all skate to that mcrad song still hypes me to go skate. i kinda became indifferent to him after the powell golden era. publix era stuff was kinda under the radar for me and i wasn't overly hyped with the hardflippin a-team era chet either. dude ripped then too tho. i was just surprised you hadn't posted on him yet... not that you wouldn't in the future! thanks again for all the hard work dude. really enjoy this site a lot
