chrome ball incident #561: don't come running

I barely remember this kid on Expedition... but Think? I guess so.

always dug this dude's mellow type of fellow steez. a little Mosaic-era Stefan for today.

really like the new Habitat video so I just kinda went with it.

...though i can't help but feel that all these recent video releases are just to a prelude to when the Real video finally drops and crushes the Earth.

big up to Isaac and the DLX.

It's about time Stefan got the Chrome Ball treatment. His Mosaic part is definitely my favorite part of his; I always got a "PJ Ladd WHL" vibe from it, where he's just cruising and someone happened to film it, if that makes any sense.

Anyways, really hope he has a full part in this Nike video that's apparently in the works. Can't get enough of this guy.

He must be lounging of his shoe sales.
The Real video might be earth crushing, but I think all the hype is getting in the way, it is not very DLX-ish. I don't think it can be better than Krook3d, that made me want to skate so much I could barely get through it, rather than quit skating because I suck, like a lot of the current "epic" videos.

Stefan! prob one of the best switch flips behind Keenan. i remember some good expedition ads with him when they were dropping that 'be afraid'(or something like that...) video. but yeah, think? had no idea...

Chops, that Girard interview was seriously one of the finest pieces of skate journalism i've ever had the pleasure of reading. One of the most intelligent, well spoken skaters this side of Mullen, and amazing questions to boot. keep up the good work man, you consistently make my day.

I'm not really a fan. And I hate his shoe. But I guess I can see why people like this dude. I just never will.

Think... that's way back. crazy. Shaggy looks suites him better. I had no idea who he was until Mosaic lol That was a killer part for sure. One of my favourites. Smooth and stylish. Then again, I've also been stoked on Danny Garcia since All City and chops thinks he's average lol

Like anon1 says... he must really me making a killing on his shoe sales. SB's don't seem to be that popular where I live (now that I think about it, over the past 2 years, I seriously haven't seen a single kid wearing non-dunk sb's) but it seems the majority of the youtube clips I see are kids wearing Janoski's or some other vulk sb.

the urge to do a post entirely of switch flips must have been overwhelming.

maybe average isn't a good description. "Not one of my favourites" is probably better lol

Don't think I ever saw that bs tail on the rail photo before, but I was there that night. Janoski killed it all day and into the night. We'd pull up to spots in a car trailing their van and the dude would literally leap out and run to the spot. He is ridiculously talented and normal. Good combo.

Danger! Danger!the most slept on ripper of all time hands down deserves a post and I have a feeling true east coast heads will agree!...wait....wait.....Brian MUTHA FUCKIN Tucci!!!!!!

Janoski has a fresh style. Loved his part in the Nike. Nothing but the truth video.he fits perfect with Habitat.great one ,can't believe your almost to 600!! Good work. Also agreed, Tucci needs a place here ,I see him skating in the city at least a few times a month. - Billy

Being an Expedition fan, I was kinda bummed how he went pro, then split like, three months later. That aside, I'm happy for his success. Favorite/ not favorite aside, he deserves some recognition- undeniably a phenomenal skater.

Thanks guys.

Yeah, dude defintely has to be living comfortably these days. That seems to be the Nike of choice.

Tully, totally loved the Krook3d video as well. Definitely dug the old school vibe it had.

Another Chet request. Interesting.

Thanks Scott. Really proud of that Girard interview. Means a lot man. Skateboarding needs that guy back in it.

Keith, I knew you were gonna bring that up, haha. I never said D Gar was average. Dude obviously rips, I just don't feel as strongly about him as you do. Actually working on a post for him right now though.

Good shit, plat.

And a Brian Tucci post would be sick... just not sure there's enough to make a Brian Tucci post. I think I have that Washington Post article somewhere... which would help.

Thanks guys.

dude was better before he "blew up". Used to watch that expedition alone one all the time.
