This is one of the few posts I called by the title alone. So psyched!

I forgot he was only 21 when DGK came up; to still be standing - and strong- is bonkers. Good fo' Lil Stevie.

And I just realized he wasn't in any of the Chocolate/Girl vids, which really bums me out.

Sir Chops, for puttin out tha goods, mahalo nui loa.

Big whoops: I spaced on the Chocolate Tour. But, more than one would be nice.

That Transworld part of his was amazing on so many levels. The Kevin Taylor line is one of my favorite lines ever filmed at LOVE. He was flying! and had to freestyle that last trick due to an impromptu dice game on the ledge he was going for. No matter he still blazed through a looong switch crooks on another ledge.

LOVE was so good before all the cameras came...

sick interview. I like how he gives a shout out/statement after answering each question.

I never really thought he fit well on Chocolate. Not that that is a bad thing. My time line with him is all messed up. I didn't realize he went choc to seek to choc and he was on DGK while filming for the DC video. Who was he riding for during his shared Transworld part with Kalis?

He was getting Chocolate flow.

When the Seek thing went down, Crailtap attacked Dyrdek pretty ruthlessly; I think they said his new company was called "Tech Street"--since it was rumored to be called Technique--and that DNA gave the riders BMWs as a signing bonus. When Stevie jumped back to Chocolate, Crail wrote something like "blood is thicker than motor oil."

And then he quit again a few months later.

So raw.. I've always wondered what happened with Henry Sanchez and DGK.

such a solid dude. he stays positive, works his ass off, and deserves everything he gets.

though i gotta admit, his skating confuses me. he's so super-tech and it's certainly impressive, but watching sequences i end up trying to decipher them like hieroglyphics and then, after 20 minutes, trying to imagine what it'd be like to do all that... switch.

his skating is like stylish trigonometry.

that stance crailtap has is incredibly hypocritical, thats EXACTLY how girl and chocolate were built so what place do they have to say anything?
