chrome ball incident #472: the infamous

couldn't decide which keeffe brother to post first so i did both of them.

can't really compare the two cause each came with their own distinct style. so ill.

wish jones would've gotten a little more shine than he did...

but i definitely ran a few chris keeffe capital decks back in the day.

always loved this part.

big up to the DQM crew.

Fuck yeah SPORTS CREW represent!
That's my man right there, Chris killed it and was always cool as shit as well as down to talk NBA NFL or MLB at any and all times.

Never met Jones but dude used to go big as I recall and both of them had sick styles for miles.

ever notice how sick the Capital ads were? Always looked so good, same with old Zoo ads.

Glad you got them both in the post. That last heel flip by Jones is a great picture.
DQM E. 4th street Word up!

p.s. that peter bici footage in that FTC montage is golden. Style for miles. That's someone I wish had like 2 more full parts on record. Great to watch.

Super psyched on the NYC/DC scene back in those days.

Always though Chris Keeffe looked short on a skateboard. Like stocky guy.

That last heel flip is massive. After skating for over 20 years, heel flips still baffle me. I've landed a few rocketed ones in my life but that's the extent of it. Switch is no problem though. Go figure.

Sweet post - took me by surprise a bit! That FTC montage is great, too - hadn't seen it before.

Keith, I learned heelflips by pretending there was a skateboarding ninja riding next to me and I had to kick him. Retarded, maybe, but it totally worked.

Wish I would have had more time to spend with Chris. Trip to Japan was pretty epic though...
